And I can’t forgetLyrics from the Muse track Exogenesis Symphony Part 1 (Overture) via Muse Wiki
This track is beautiful – like the theme for an unmade SF film. Fantastic arrangement and haunting vocals (Matt Bellamy sounding strangely like a female soprano).

Lacock Abbey was used to film some scenes for Harry Potter films. The cauldron seemed quite appropriate.

Daisy photo taken at Hidcote. The new tamron lens works great at macro. It consistently gives bokeh effect to the background thanks to the depth of field.

The Sacre Coeur Basilica in Paris is an incredibly beautiful Byzantine building. Its vantage point at the top of Montmartre succeeds in giving it a fantastic view over the city and gives the city a view of it. It’s one of my things to look for when I’m travelling to or from Paris via Eurostar.
Having finally managed to go to Paris for something other than work I managed to get to see it this time. And you can’t fault 36C and cloudless skies for being a great day to visit

Oh Gravity, thou art a heartless bitch
Sheldon – “The Big Bang Theory” (2007)
Recently started watching this and it appeals to the science geek I try to bury. Still glad I ditched maths & physics after A Levels though…
